Project number two is also complete.
Its the perfect time to knit. It is raining cats and dogs and "Its the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown" is on. To top it off, I made "Double Layer Pumpkin Pie" to take to Jane's tomorrow night. Let me say, I sampled the goods...YUMMY. The recipe can be found in the November issue of Real Simple magazine.
Anyway, back to the yarn.

Next up from the Rhinebeck Collection: Reversable Cable Scarf from Melissa Leapmen's new book, Cables Untangled in my "Lamby" Alpaca.
Did everyone hear about the ANNE EXTRAVAGANZA at knitting circle. Holy crap! Lisa had 10 skeins x 10 colorwats of ANNE! TEN! I bought three "Indira Ghandi" and 2 skeins for mom who is ready to dive into lace knitting. I'm going to make a lace mobeius from the other new book on the block, Arctic Lace.
Back to the needles and beagles and Charlie Brown...

The hat is beautiful! I love the sassy tassle - it *so* rocks. And 10 skeins of Anne? I'm feeling a bit faint just thinking about it. I need to get you a photo of my new Anne - it didn't have a name on it, but I believe it is the beloved Indira Ghandi which you have gushed about so much I had to have some. It has burgundy, purple, blue-ish, and orange - it is so warm and yummy and I love it. It is becoming a lace shawl.
